Should I replace the cam chain guides?

I'm doing my first top end job on my ytm, and I was wondering if I should replace the guides, they have some pretty deep groves in them.
what about the chain?

Well, if you have the motor torn down this far, it wont hurt to replace the guides and chain. Its always comforting to know you replaced the whole nine yards.

And if the chains sprockets or gears are worn, yank them too!!
