How do I remove the cam cover on an atc 70?

I just got a new cam chain for my '84 atc 70 and I know how to get at the bottom sprocket but what about the top? I thought the round cover for the cam would just pop out but it doesn't want to. Is there a trick?

There is a bolt on the opposite side that goes all the way through it. I think it has a 10mm head.

Hey Fox don't overtighten that cap it will strip very easily,word to the wise!!!
