The Marengo Suicide Swamp Ride next weekend in N. LA. We had over 5,000 3wheelers and Quads last year and expect even a bigger turn out this year. Here is a link to last years ride if anyone is interested.

Looks like a ton of fun... One thing that stuck out though, all those pics not one helmet.

Yep and that hurts the coverage of the event also. Dirtwheels said they are there every year but do not post many pics because..... quote " Those darn Rednecks are to hard headed to wear helmets"

yep, i live in central LA and i rarely (almost never) see anyone wearing helmets quads, trikes, bikes, whatever

I heard that swamp mud is good for the hair. That's why there's no helmet wearing. LOL!

The Swamps are great, makes it more fun ya know, dodging trees, limbs, stumps and oh yea aligators :Bounce :w00t:
