"I've already got the rims, I just need to know if you guys have some 20-11-10 Holeshot rear tires."
"Uhh...What type of machine?"
"It shouldn't really matter, I just need the tires."
"I still need the type of machine, is it a honda, yamaha, suzuki, kawasaki..."
"Its a Yamaha" Talking fast now-"1985 YTZ250N" Said they'd have to call me back. Who in the **** needs to know what machine the tires are going on, what does it matter? Thats what you get for trying to work with locals I suppose.

LOL, I jsut went though the same thing with RMATV.
"I'm looking for a UNIVERSAL e-series silencer, do you stock them?" - I had noticed DK did
"what machine is it for"
"it's not FOR any machine in particular, it's universal"
"I'm gonna need a machine"
"it's for a custom project that I'm doing, there really isn't anything to match it up to, that's what I want a universal"
"sorry, without a machine I can't help you" - aparently it's not just local

Billy- Tell them it is for your custom lawnmower. Lawnmower racing is getting pretty popular, and it is not too far fetched of an idea............just a thought :naughty:

just tell them you popped a few of your yamaha Banshee tires and you need to replace them.. if they arent the same size just say you custom changed them for performance.

it might be that on their computer they have to go through a step by step process and if they dont have the info they need they cant go through the rest of the steps. Like when you go to denniskirk.com and you fill out what year, make and model your machine is so you can see parts for it.
