i don't think you are going to find one. they sell them mostly for quads and 3 wheelers.
you are going to have to buy it piece by piece if you want to rebuild the whole thing.

also, does anyone have any ideas on what could be causing it to pour out?? I have no idea, and am open to all propable causes. Please i want to know so i can get it riding for next sunday.
Pour out as in pouring out the over flow hose? if so floats are set wrong, if you dont wana mess arond with settin the floats just take it to a bike shop and have them do it, takes 3 mins.

install a new needle jet and seat while they have it apart.

Yes gas is pouring out of the over flow. My neighbor thinks it is an o ring somewhere that had dissinegrated. I have no clue what to do, and the bike shop is so expensive.. What would it cost for them to rebuild it?? Or well an estimate?

what ever there shop rate is, anywhere from 40 to 65 an hour plus parts. if you buy a needle and seat and a carb bowl gasket and put it in yourself you would save yourself a bunch of money.

Your float level might be too high, can't be sure about it, you have to take it apart and look at it. The tip of the needel should look like this /\. If it has a ridge in it, its worn out. Otherwise, its alright. put your float in a bowl of gas and make sure it still floats. Don't post anything till you try this stuff

the tip could still look good but be hard and not seal. it ain't going to hurt if you replace them. it is 17 years old!

yeah i am going to check the float.. i dont feel like spending 60 bucks, and find out the float is still good so ill check that.
I am going to go with a new needle and seat though.. on here (http://houseofmotorcycles.bikebandit.com/partsbandit/oem_schematic_view~mp_id~~mscssid~TSA7219UE5C98PSU TVC77XMVXBEF49S4~schem_dept_id~287288~section_dept _id~1~section_dept_name~OEM+%28Stock%29+Parts~dept _type_id~2~model_dept_year~1987~model_dept_mfr~Kaw asaki~model_dept_id~286997~model_dept_name~KX80%28 KX80G2%29US.asp) is it #16030 the float valve assy. ?

yup thats it. it comes with the whole assembly. its very rare to see a float go bad unless the past owner had water in the gas and it froze over the winter.

watch you don't rip the gasket when you pull the bowl off

buying a new gasket when i get the float valve,

when you put it back together check the float hieght. a new valve would change the hieght from a worn down original one.

So that would mean what?

when you put in the new valve it would change the float height if someone moved it to compensate for a worn valve.

i dont think anyone fiddled with it, but ill check into it. I put the floats in gas and they seemed to float fine. So I am thinking it is the needle and seat. Going to order it in a little bit.

Your floats can still be set wrong, get a service book and make sure there set right or take them to a mech.......are they the brass one's or plastic ones?

they are the plastic ones. I will have my neighbor look at it, he knows alot more about this than I do.
