What is it worth?

I got a tip from my brother inlaw about a trike for parts a couple of weeks ago. I call the guy and hereis what he's got an 86 250 Big Red. The front forks are busted up. Plastic and seat are in bad shape. Still has all the racks and original tools and owners manual. And near new rear tires. Been setting for about a year in a shed. Asking 150.00. Sounds good. What do you guys think?
