I picked up an 85 200X this weekend with a siezed motor, I tore it apart and the piston rod is siezed to the crankshaft. What can I do to fix this? Can this one be fixed or what should I do?

Replace it. Or send it for rebuild somewhere. I been told once this happens the crank is done. I had one as well. It went into the trash. But then I repulled it out for powroll.

your going to need a new rod and piston and make sure you bore it out. and if it seized make sure you check out the rest of the engine for damage.

Did it seize by rust or seize by lack of oil??? Either way, you'll have to split the case.
