Best ribs I ever had! You didn't need them covered in BBQ suace to make them taste good, they were just perfectly spiced.

Thanks guys!Didn't make as many this year.Last year i think i brought around 25 racks.I've been doing them for a few years now,think i got it down pretty good.I use my smoker to smoke them,and use some different seasonings and spices,each time it's a little different.Here's a pic from last year getting them ready.
