flooded

hi my 83 honda 200s is always flooded when i go start it after its been sitting for l few hrs or so. iv shut off the gas but its still flooded and really ,really, hard to start. need help THANKS

Clean your carb, and run some plug chops after to get it jetted properly(do a serch on the fourms for it top right hand corner)
