can these tanks be welded.. i have two hairline cracks in my tank... what can i use to fix it?

plastic tanks? maybe plastic welded, ....what i would do is get some really good durable glue, empty the tank, clean it all off, fill in the cracks and outside them, let it dry overnight, then take realy fine sandpaper and sand the glue smooth

Get a glue gun w/ the glue sticks and try that. Mabey you could take one of those Dremmel tools and make the crack just a little bigger so the glue will actually get in there and seal it up really good.

I sealed a very small crack on my kdx200 gastank around the petcock last year with a product called seal all, I got it at wal mart for about 2.99 it is great stuff, might have to reapply it eventually, but it has held up now a whole season. I have fixed gascans in the truck that leaked too with it, I keep a tube of it in the truck now at all times LOL...
