Ok, nothing great to look at right now, but it will get better. The most important thing is that this trike was bought from the original owner way back in 1987. It had been ridden very little up to that time. The kid rolled it, busted up the rear plastics and a couple other odds and ends. Got scared of it, basically parked it until the guy I bought it from took over ownership. He ran it quite a bit over the years. He always maintained the MECANICALS, but he let the appearances go to crappo. The engine is still on its original bore and runs good. New chain/sprockets. Brakes are all good. I just put on the new Maier rear fender and took off those god-awful mudflaps! It needs a good cleaning and some paint here and there. It was dark when I got it home, so better pics wil be on the way.

Oh ya, yay for me,,,,,, :w00t: I get to drag race 2 classes this weekend. :Bounce :Bounce

Bout time you pick it up. Now clean it up real purty like so I can roost you on my shee. LOL
Actually I may not be roosting anything. I pulled the carbs off and the mains were stock 200s I put the 260s in, but havent started it yet. I can't believe it hasnt melted yet.(piped and never jetted) Good thing the guy I bought it off of never rode it wide open too often.

Are those home made handguards on there. I like the woodsy look of it. Lets see a video of you ripping it up.

The skidplate? Not yet...it should fit, but I will need to fix my swinger first. The mounting bosses are broken off. BOOOO!!! One other dilema, though not nearly as troubling....it is missing a pair of spacers....I will be able to fab some up when I get around to it. a Thousand thanks for that. I appreciate it. Thanks for the kind words as well. Talk to you guys later....off to put on my tether/kill switch.

Hey, no probs Brandon...Derrick is STILL bringin $$$$$$$$$$$...there are lots of decent trikes here local for sale....2- 250Rs, 3- 350Xs and a decent lookin 200X...all within 25 minutes of us..... :w00t:

Now, for the riding....WOW! What a POOCH!!!! This thing NEEDS some aftermarket help! My T4 would KILL this R....heck, my brother's 350X FEELS like it would give it a run for its money.

All stock, and in need of some tuning...running rich for sure. These stocker pipes REALLY restrict things eh?

Well, still fun to ride and will be even MORE fun to race. I am gonna see if I can scrounge up a silencer to go with the aftermarket pipe I got layin in the garage. Give it a bit of jettin and it should liven up some.

Here is a small video of my playin round this evening. Looking forward to gettin lots of good video this weekend for everyone. Enjoy. :D
