Here's our trip to Little Sahara sand dunes in Waynoka, Oklahoma. It was a 10hr trip from St. Louis. Our trip lasted from the 10th-15th of this month.
First pic is Trike Dude's '86 250R and my '04 DS650. My two trikes had problems arise and I procrastinated till it was too late. So I was trikeless.
Second pic is a duneshot. Third is showing how lonely we were for the first few nights hahah. Last is the view from our campsite. :beer
We enjoyed it unless the skeeters were out........Freaking grow 'em big there!!!! I thought the dunes were fairly big and never got bored out there.
I know it's been discussed before but if there were ever any plans to have Trikefest somewhere else other than Haspin. This would be my nominee! Centrally located, quite a few campsites, electric and water hookups and a dragstrip. No motocross but I'm sure one could be setup out in the dunes. For those who don't want to wear a skid on their noggin it's not required attire at this place but you better have one tall flag!
