Any one know if a tecate carrier will fit in this swinger?

It looks to be very close. Out measuring points probably were not in the exact same spot. What is that swing arm off of? Oh and I was measuring my 84 tecate swing arm.

I was told it was for an 84r, looks like it will mount in my frame with the shock and all but I can't locate a carrier. I was told it looked like it might be a tecate carrier.

its not from an R...they only used concentric carriers for adjustment...

If i can trust you with your life I may be able to send you one out of an 84 tecate but I would have to trust you an awful lot. But seriously if you really want to find out if one will fit I would be willing to send you one as long as you pay for shipping and swear on your life that you will return it as a new one is 240 bucks. Let me know.

I have a beat up '84 tecate carrier and a swingarm from the same. The measurements are really close, I can't tell exactly where you are measuring from. I can't get your pictures to enlarge. But it looks like a early tecate carrier would work with maybe a little modification. Have you tried one from a Tri-z?

I know that it's not a stock carrier, but it's not a stock carrier. I have no idea who made it. Thanks for the offer 90nut I might take you up on that offer but let me call around to some atv junkyards see if they have one I can match up lucky. what side is the chain in a Tecate?

The left side, if your sitting on the bike. But you can flip the axle around.
