Dirtwheels question and some pics

The question is usually how long does it take Dirtwheels to post your picture? How many issues later?
I sent the pic of me and my little sister in and wrote this:

Here's my sister on her trx 90 and me on my newly restored 1985 ATC250R. It's re-jetted, has an FMF silencer, DG pipe and a wiseco piston. As for our race, hope she gives me a headstart!

The other pic is just my R with some new blue tubing and front fender. I still need a grab bar though.......... :rolleyes:

Just because you send them a picture don't mean they will print it in their magazine.

You won't see that picture anyhow, will you? I thought you had to have your helmets in the picture to get printed?

Hey derrick ,I remember back in the 80's I wrote to dirtwheels and about a year later it finally got in there.And that is when trikes were the thing too!! Be patient Grasshopper!!!LOL

With the "cute comments" though it may make it in. I've noticed lately that, well with ATV Sport anyway, their puting more trike photos in! Come on, ugly kid, adorable little girl... ;)
I say it will be IN within 3 months.

HAHAHA I really like the "Ugly kid" comment AZ250R, buy the way whats your home address??? Just curious.................

Anyway I sent my city and crap like that. I hope they post it, because it's definatly unique and kinda cool cause it's a brother and a sister on different models from different times, so kinda cool.

I added 3 more pics, why not right? And anymore ugly kid comments, and I'm gonna have to kick some A** and take some names!!! :crazy: :lol:

If they do decide to print it, it will take at least 3 months (from the latest issue out) for them to put it in the magazine...IF they are going to print it. Thats what they said in a reply to someone asking the same question in the letters section.

And yes, as long as you arent moving/riding, they will print pictures with out helmets on.

None of my pics have gotten in yet...and I have sent several.

my neighbor got his picture on it.. some friends send a snap of him flipping his quad in a river.. hilarious.

He gets it in the mail every month and he did not know that picture was sent.... he hung it in his garage !! lol....

Keep looking.. some day it should eventually show up !
