dirt cycle salvage in hopedale, massachusetts is closing its doors. i was there this morning. he's scraping most of the stuff and throwing the rest of it. so if anyone needs anything now the time to go there or call him up. he'd probably sell his 3 wheeler parts for cheap to. he had a kawasaki prarie 3 wheeler and what looked like some sort of 200 honda he was giving away. i bought a whole pickup truck full of quadracer parts for $400.

Does he have any 250SX parts??? If so, could you call and see if he has a taillight lense for a '85 250SX (in mint condition w/out cracks), a grab bar in great condition (I doubt ill be able to find one.. but we'll see..) w/out bends or dings (a few scratches are ok) for an '85 SX, the rubber piece on the SX beside the "neutral" sign on the right hand side, and mudflaps for the front and rear fenders for the '85 SX that are in good condition without breaks or anything? I don't live near Massachusetts so if you would call him up for me, see if he has the parts, get them for me, and ship them to me, that would be awesome. Thank you!

Oy.. its long distance from here, and my parents would flip on me if they saw that I had called Mass. .. Could you call for me, please? And then if he has the parts, ask how much he wants me to send and give me his address, and I'll ship out the money with my address for him. Its asking alot, but it would be great if you could.

 Go to a friends house and call. Long distance calling is dirt cheap these days.

If memory serves me right, I bought the side cover for my 250SX from them.
FAST shipping and an awesome price.

We're losing a very three wheeler friendly business.
They will be missed.

Scoop up all you can, folks.

Well I just called the guy on my cell phone (its a TracFone.. so they don't charge extra for long distance.. I forgot about that :)) and he said he'd look for all that stuff tomorrow for me. I asked for the taillight lense and he was like "we'll.. how about the taillight assembly?" "i just need the lense tho.." "i know.. ill sell you the whole assembly for the same price as the lense" .. yes! lol.. why are they closing down?

he said in a couple of months. by chrustmas, but i bet you it will be before that. the way they were going through stuff today it will be gone way before that. i'm going to try and get back there again before he's done.

the reason why hes gonna sell you the whole light because its easier for him. plus its one last thing to get rid of.

he's closing down because he said can't compete with the internet. he said his sales went way down the past few years.

He should sell the stuff on the internet, wouldn't that make sense.

i think he just wants to make alot of money fast. and online he can't get the prices he wants.

i just don't think he was trying hard enough.

I remember talking to those guys about a year ago and they said they sold most of their ATV inventory to East Coast.

Ok.. Dave told me he would call me back, but he never did so I called him back. They were real jackasses with me. Some lady was talking to me and put me on hold while she went to talk to Dave, and she made me wait 10 minutes, and then came back and said "we don't have this stuff bye", when Dave told me that he could dig up most of it for me when I called the last time.
