i would like to know the political environment there nowdays Hornet ,,,
the sound check part ,,, the titled part ( if any ) and maybe just the over all whole process of getting thru the flag tip board.
the last time i was there they had just started the parking in a waiting area thing down the road and just like any grand opening ,,,, it was FUDGED up. so just i would really like a first hand enounter experience.
have fun ,,, nice time of year to hit the dunes for sure.

You have to get a parking voucher to get in. Usually a good idea to get one the night before so you dont have to wait in line. Flag rules are still the same, 10 ft high. You dont need proof of registration or titles. You do have to have a ORV sticker and recently everything must have spark arrestors.

I went about a month ago, & woried my a** off. My 3-wheeler has a loud drag pipe with a welded on silencer, I do have a sparky spark arester added on. I had no trouble getting in. I went through the gate at least 4 times the day I was there. The parking voucher idea that Hornetpowerspor suggested is the way to go. My buddy had a sun faided flag, & they told him to get a new flag ( just the flag). :Bounce :Bounce :Bounce

I go up all the time. No major problems. Get the voucher the night before as others have stated. You can also go on dune ready. You need a dune ready voucher for this, but there usually is no wait. We tow two quads in, have one trike and a dirt bike in the back of the truck, and park the truck up by the lake. This seems the fastest way for us to get through.
