So I got my OEM 250r plastic today....can't get over how much better it looks than maier, but definatly these items are getting tucked away for a distant future where trikes are museum peices and thats about it.

Only one snag though, I got everything on the packing slip from Service Honda except for the RIGHT RAD SHROUD....I'm hoping it was just a mistake because they charged me for it and it was on the packing slip. I've already shot them an email and will probably call them tomarrow. I hope its resolved and comes to join its left counter part in storage very soon. Service Honda always has come through before. I hope its not a head ache....

Only other problem now is this shiny OEM stuff has got me ...I kinda wanna start gathering up other perfect NOS items in hopes of building a R from nothing but NOS. Wishful thinking I know and I have bigger 500cc fish to fry rightnow...

I may try to sell my 90 to make up the expenditure....unfortuantly there really isnt much of a market for the little hardtails...

I already started a "NOS 350X" project.... still collecting the last few parts for it... and will probably try to blt together before next Trikefest..... got a crate motor, NOS rear end from swinger bolt thoguh the axle and all axle nuts, etc, NOS headlight, NOS toolbox/tools, near NOS front fender, a nice dent free tank, NOS front forks, front axle/spacers, NOS airbox, filter, set of handlebars I need to pick up that have the original "cold starting procedure" decal on them.... just need to find myself a NOS carb and 86 light/kill switch. Believe it or not, I really don't have a ton of $$$ into it yet...

Good news, they shipped the right shroud in a seperate box. Whew. I'm releived.
