I went to a place called the L-Cross Ranch this weekend for an event called Mudfest. You can see it at L-Cross.com Anyway this place is about 1000 acres and has everything with an engine running around there. 4 wheelers swamp buggys, full tracks, jeeps, trucks Everything ... This is this sign when you turn off the road to enter the property. Must be the insurance company still screwing us after all these years. I would have loved having the 250R there. Instead I road my friends Yamaha Grizzly4x4. What a nice cruising beer drinking machine.

Just Uh, Get a can of white spray paint and remove the bottom line. Not that I'd reccomend or condone such an act...

I just went to there web site and found this un-safe photograph. They will brag about idiot riders but will not allow trikes. I am pissed. I just sent an email describing my annoyance and pointing out their hypocritical idiocy. I suggest every one else doe the same, but be professional. We have to educate, not hate non trikers.

I bet Mike already hit it on the head, it's probably insurance reasons. Before eveyone starts tossing hate mail thier way you have to consider that the reason. I mean they let everything else in.

Unrelated but in Regina saskatchewan I saw an old 80's residential no atv's allowed sign but it was an 80's sign so it had a trike on it.

It is for insurance reasons. I know the owner of L-cross (Mark Pearce). Felda motorsports park, before it closed down, was the same. They can do nothing about it. They gotta be insured to be operational.

I still think it is LAME AS HELL, though. They do Not require helmets or any safety gear at all. Go figure.   Look at the sign behind the kid 2 wheeling that quad. It says "5 mph" ...what a bunch of crap

I know of a few legal places around here, they are insured and they allow three wheelers. I suggest those people shop around for another insurance carrier. What a total crock of ****! :beer

Yeah, but that's in PA. The words "Insurance" and "Florida" are usually hard to come by, especially in the same sentence.

That happened to us the last year of AMA sanctioned Open ATV racing, just starting to get good at it and AMA pulled the classes. The race track owners couldnt do much about it and we understood it wasnt their fault, it dropped the gate fees. Everybody lost except the AMA. Funny how it usually works that way...
