What is the difference between a sticky and a regular thread? Is it that a sticky cannot be deleted?

In all seriousness, You pretty much have it figured out.

Stickies are just another way the site Admin. can get important information to us...the users. Stickies always stay at the top, and I think only the Admin. (HondaATC) can post them and delete them.

Actually there is quite a few users you don't want to piss off. We have 3 Administrators and 9 moderators ( hehe ). It does take a little bit to get under my skin. But once you do it's harder to un-do it.

How to stay on the good side? Send us new NOS parts for free ( JUST KIDDING )!! Actually, if the forums rules are followed, and such you shouldn't have a problem. If you do feel free to contact any of the moderators or Admin's and we will try to help and or explain what ever the problem may be.


Note to all: If you try to push the limits of the rules, post bad / wrong information a lot[/B] then watch out. We are around and we do keep a eye out for such postings, replies, and such. Action is taken where needed. This can include losing the ability to view or post in any and or all forums.

If you show you know better but do it anyway then you might not get notified. But normally we try to notify you and let you know what's up. ;)

What are word filters? Do they just not show swear words, or is that the purpose of the "censored" smiles?

Word filters filter out profanity and replace it with *. Also punk slang chat spellings for "you" "Your" "before" and similar was added when people refused to clean it up from their posts.
