Has anyone had any success with this? How would you go about doing it, and making it last?

Try and get in touch with Greenlightning on this site, he has done a couple 85 T3 tanks that have turned out amazing and lasted.

If you run gasoline, in my experience, they always crack or bubble. If you run methanol (alcohol) the paint for some reason stays like new. I read on this site that someone had Kreemed the inside of a plastic tank, then painted it, and said it worked great. I havent tried that yet, but maybe I will soon.
Dammit!

If Kreem worked, Red Kote would probably work even better.

Talk to CHAINSAW. I think he is the one who did the kreem trick in a 250R gas tank and he painted it.
