hey all, I have a 84 trx200 and the stock fron tires are 21-7-10, and I was wondeirng how it would effect the steering if I put 25-12-9 on the front. I know I have to do some modding, but was wondeirng if in the end it woudl even be worth it.

i have to ask why?

those big tires won't fit on those rims. by the dimensions you posted a 9 inch tire will not fit on a 10 inch rim.

if you did put tires that big on there first off there 2 wide and next there gonna be to heavy for that to push.

I agree, plus it will rub on your plastics and you will probably not be able to jump it well. Also you normaly put the bigger tires on the back. I think you got it backwards.

if you just want a taller front tire get either a 22x7x10 or a 23x7x10. you'll have more choices with a 22 inch front tire. thta would give you a littlr more ground clearance in the front plus help it steer better.

I was just doin this for fun. I have rins for these tires and everthing. I know it wouldrub and the plastics have to be held back. It looked cool, butI didntthink it would be practicle.

i don't doubt that it would look cool. :beer if you get them on there you'll have to do the same to the rear. just so it looks even.

make your own custom lift kit so the tires clear. :p

25" gbc dirt devils to be exact! The fronts are skinnier compared to the rear tires... Like the good lord intended!

BTW... I see no three wheeled vehicle in YOUR signature anywhere??? :( :TrikesOwn :beer

you just noticed that? i'll half to try and aquire one. :) i could write down the past ones i've had? or just delete the whole sign completly.

the fronts are skinner to make the steering easier. all quads are that way, until someone does it on purpose. probably make it handle like crap though.

I figured handleing would be crap! looked real different with 4 25-12-9's. Had realy wide stance. Looked unique, deffinetally not a thing I'm going to do. The 22-8-10's on the fron are nice.

I bet that thing willl float with 4 tires that big on it. you could just float across the mud holes maybe.

I've seen trowling motors on serios mud quads before so who knows.
