I have a 85 Honda 250SX and a rear rack that looks like it appears to fit on it. I can't find any documentation or a picture that shows how it should mount from Honda. The rack is a OEM Honda rack. The back of the rack fits the rear grab bar but the front looks like it goes through the fender somehow and attaches to the frame. I don't see any holes or access area to put the rack down to the frame. If anyone has a diagram or pictures of how a factory rack should fit and what that rack looks like, I WOULD GREATLY APPRECIATE IT. My e-mail is jimshary@yahoo.com or you can send me a private message. Thanks to anyone that can help me. Jim.

Thanks for the help so far on this. Do you know if Honda printed any diagrams on this or is in a manual somewhere? Would they be in an accessory catalog..........does Honda even have these anymore?

yeah you have to drill out holes for the rack. I'll get pics in a moment

it shows the SX with the rack and after I took it off. You can se where the holes were drilled.

Mine has one... you need to cut the holes to bolt them down with the funder supports underneath.
