I know a guy who has one that looks just like that. His is a 50cc, one thing that sucks is on his you can't down shift! WTF!? Is yours like that too? Kinda weird but I guess you get used to it. You might want to go over it with a wrench, he had lots of loose bolts, of course I'm sure they are assembled where they are purchased so you're probably all right.

what exactly is it called or from ?
I'm kind of interested in having one without a motor and equip it with an etek electric motor and hawker batteries.... get 60 mph top speed and 0-60 under 5 seconds !!!

it is 50cc. it will downshift. everything is tight. i have no idea where it came from originally. this is kinda funny but its the truth: a 60 year old woman bought it to ride to her mailbox, which is 1/2 mile away, and back. she had it for two weeks, realized she didnt like it and sold it

its cool but would you really trust a frame of un known origin and 60+? I always wanted to put an electric motor in one of my bicycle choppers before the thing went to crap (frame and wheels designed for somone at a max of probably 40 pounds, and I'm 140, the rear wheel ran at a 45 degree angle to the ground, it had 20 inch forks and bars on it, the bars were almost parallel with the ground, I had to run them so far forward to keep them out of my knees.

Yours sounds a lot better. The one I'm talking about does not down shift. You can only shift up. So if you want to shift from 2nd to 1st you have to shift up to 3rd then 4th then nuetral then back to first. Weird. The brand of motor is Jingbangin or something like that. His also does not have a charging system. So after awhile you using the electric start and head light he has to charge the battery.
