Ok, I am rebuilding the top end on my rm 125. It is powervalved, which I am not too familiar with. The reason I am working on the bike is because the bike wouldn't rev past half throttle.Well, the powervalve lever was getting stuck. It was stuck wide open, and I pushed it down, it now sits where it should. When I pushthe lever up, it clicks, and gets stuck, and I have to push it back down. Whats the deal here? Anybody else have this happen? Maybe it needs a good cleaning? Someone please point me in the right direction. :wondering

Take it apart and clean all the carbon off the powevalve an in the cylinder where the PV sits, then thoughly clean the linkage and you should be good unless there something else that is missing or broken.

Theer is an additive they sell to pour in the gas to keep the power valves from getting to carboned up.
Use a good oil also. My sisters zr 800 has power valves and we use Klotz synthetic, check the valves after every season and they look great.
