Well, Since it was a honda I thought it deserved a new paint job. Here she is in all her glory!
I just used 5.99 Chrome bumper spray paint and shes looks all pretty :w00t:
Hey, if your thinking why did I do this to a poor innocent trike, the reason is-
the plastics were all beat up and it only cost me 200 CAN, and I didnt want to sand them out. Enjoy! :lol:

I wouldn't call it a beater at all. Once the paint is back off get a seat cover, a rear fender, polish the lower fork legs, clean up the motor good and you have a nice 200 there!

LMAO! Todays or tomorrows agenda, its coming off for sure. I can pretty well rub it off with my hands. I took that picture before I did any riding cause now theres big red marks where my feet sit. Thanks for all the comments :lol: , ill post a picture of what it looks like after im done washing it.

I was driving the 200 and my friend on his Foreman 350 decided to turn a sharp right, right into me! :crazy: . I guess he didnt see me, but he should of heard me, I have no muffler so it sounds like a formula race car :twisted:. We were driving by a corn field, he nicked me so I hinged her right and drove into a corn field! Good times! No damage to the unit though!

I doubt that will come off with a pressure washer. You'll need to take the think apart and use alot of paint thinner. Unless you want to have silver in al the fender crevises and tight areas...most of plastic will have to come off that thing. Especially since you have racks on it.

There's whats left of a 200M out in the mix of parts bikes thats had a similar treatment once upon a time, they also used some of that mirage camelion paint so it would add to the Bling factor though, truley interesting

Well, since it was my beater, and I painted it so bad. I thought I would give it the respect it derserves. I went to work for 1 and 1/2 hours, with paint thinner and over 10+ rags(clean). And now shes back to red! I even used armorall so the plastics are back to a bright Honda red. I left the headlight, rims and electrical chrome cause I thought it actually went good with it.

I do have a muffler, I meant its broken off right where the headpipe and muffler connect. So its a little louder than normal. And shes not silver anymore ;)

Sorry for the bad quality, I had to use my webcam for pics and point it out the window :lol: At least no more chrome!!

Did you do anything special to get the paint off the metal gas tank?? My Big red has "Spray Bomb Green" paint on the gastank... underneath looks like mint side and warning decals.....

Nothing, good old fashioned elbow grease, paint thinner, and some old rags.

Hey for the parts you painted you did a good job atleast you didnt just spray everywhere and call it good. I saw a twit once who was "restoring" tractors by making decals with a label maker and spray bombing the whole machines in a factory look alike color.
