Not really sure if this was a good deal or not but here it is. What do you guys think? I'm actually going to pick it up with a car, it's supposed to fit in the trunk! I'm going to get it tomorrow morning. Other than this my oldest 3-wheeler is a 1982 and the smallest is a 185 so this is a nice addition. I was going to look at it tomorrow but a couple people talked me into buying sight unseen just to make sure no one else bought it, I hope that wasn't a mistake. I can't see it really loosing any value though. I guess I'm going to try to fix it up pretty nice, probably just stick with the tires that are on it though.

Cool, makes me want to go get mine now. Thats a good deal you got on it. How much can they get up to?

I dont know if I would take a car to get it, someone said a long time ago that the get seized up a bit and dont fold up. But maybe they were wrong.

I am taking my truck with a locking tonneau cover to get mine, I should have trouble getting it in there.

Well I will let you guys know how it fits in the trunk of a Ford Contour because that is what I am picking it up with! It's a couple hour drive for me and it's either get 35 mpg on the highway or take the Bronco and get about 10 mpg. Anyone know any good sites for restoration parts?

When are you going to get it?

Let me know if it works, if it does I'll take the Impala and get 42 MPG instead of 18 with my truck. Mine is a three hour drive away, so I would like to save the gas money.

Damn you get 42 in an Impala or is that KM? I'm leaving about 7 am central time tomorrow morning so I should get there slightly before 9. I know a girl that goes to school close by too. :naughty: ha ha.
I'm off work tomorrow but I'll try to get on here at my dads and let you know how it went. Also check your thread for parting out your 225.

How did you get it home? I'm assuming not like that!
I guess I'm taking my truck I figured it out it will cost me $90 for a round trip
O well, its worth it

So, is that folding axel rusted? do the handlebars still swivel?
i didn't know the trunk was that small. hahahaa

Do you think it would fit under a truck topper?

Yeah, I got it home like that! I had a feeling something like that was going to happen so I had ratchet straps. The handle bars swivel, not sure on the rear axle. The previous owner wasn't sure how to do it and even if we got it, it was still obvoiusly not going to fit.
Not sure if it will fit under your topper or not, you may have to prop it open or take the wheels off.
