200x carb question

) I need a carburetor for my 83 200x, a 83 200x carb has a larger main jet than the 84-85 carburetor and the needle is in the fourth slot whereas the 83 carb needle is in the third slot, if I put a carburetor to an 84-85 200x on my 83 would it work,would I need to adjust it. )

Just change out the main jets should be a 110main and a 40 for the slow, carbs are the same. Move the clip up to the third slot, and you should be set, my air screw is set at 4 turns out. Good luck, if you need a carb drop me a note d.crone@attbi.com
