my clutch lever on the motor doesnt return all the way back to where it should go to, is there any adjustments besides cable tension? when pulling ever in, its slack, then engages and pulls the lever. its kind of loose i guess i could say. i pulled the clutch springs and they look ok, is there something else to adjust?

and as you can see in my sig pic, my back end sits kind of low because my shock spring is set to the top of the cylendar shock. should i clamp it down and screw the retaining nut down to lift the rear higher? thanks for any help.

EDIT: how would i know performance wise if my reeds were trashed? my bikes hard to start all of the time, compression is ok but i havent run a check. and do those reed spacer things realy work? what about boost bottles? ive heard their crap but i just wanted to bring it up.
