225dx/200ek bottom end?

Is the ytm200EK have the same bottom end as the ytm225dx. Will the 225 sleeve fit in the 200 cases.:wondering

Nope, the 225 cylinder does not fit in the 200. You may be able to bore out the 200 case to have it fit though. I don't think the bottom ends are 100% the same either. If I remember right the shaft output area is different or something but hopefully someone else will know for sure.

The 225 has a longer stroke as well. You would have to swap the crank too I would think.

You can get Howdy's if you want instead of my tranny gears. It'll save you the trouble of switching everything over. ;)
