I was riding my trike today and my trike stalled on me, I tried to start it, and when i got it going and pushed the throttle it stalled. So I pushed it home! When I got it home I tried to start it on reserve and it didnt start, then I tried again and it started. I drove it a little ways and then stopped it and it started leaking gas. Does anyone know what might of happened? Thanks

Sounds like you might have gotten dirt in the carb. I would remove and clean it, if there is a lot of dirt in it you probably also want to clean the tank and install a inline fuel filter.

I dont know if the 125's have a on/off fuel tank breather. If they do,check that it's not shut.

It does have a petcock, but it is broken, you can run it with it OFF and gas will still flow through it when it is OFF obviously. I tried to get a new petcock but the guys at ACTION HONDA said "We dont make one to fit a trike like that anymore, and a petcock is just a back up safety feture, it doesnt have to work." is what he said. I will try to get a new fuel filter, and clean out my carb and then i hope it works, I just had the gas tank steamed a while ago but never clean the carb What is the best way to clean the carb?? Could I use my dremel and the buffing ball on low speed, or how should i clean it? Thanks

just take it all apart and spray it really good with carb cleaners, check every hole if its clogged, and be sure to clean the jets, after * do so blow in then then put them to the sun * should be able to see a littel sun thru them, that means the not clogged.
