Ok- hate to do it , but My kid couldnt get in his training certificate class before the end of the season-- so trail riding this winter is out (BUMMER:( :( :( )

So-My tires have about 6 minutes of riding time on them , how do I keep them from rotting- (Bagging them up and bringing them in the house IS an option). But the trike will have to live outdoors for the winter. ( covered up of course)

Is it better to leave the fluids alone and start it once a week - or drain everything and wrap it in a Fort knox snorkel?

Start it up every week.

Store it on blocks under the frame, deflate the tires to 1 PSI or so.
Put clean winter weight oil in it & some fuel stabilizer.
Cover it with a tarp is OK, but if you don't have a roof over it, maybe put a piece of plywood over the tarp. Drill a few holes in the plywood & wire tie it down to the bars & rear rack or grab bar so the wind doesn't blow it away. Presto, instant shed.
Make sure the fuel tank is full to the top to prevent condensation forming.
Start it up once a month or so & let it warm up good.
