Do these bike not have any way to tightin the chain or im just completely stupid.

I think you should look a bit harder !!!

( I don't have an R.. but i'm sure it has the option !! " .ol. )

look at the rear end where the axle goes through swing arm. on the inside of the sprocket you will teeth(bearing carrier) that do not spin with the axle. loosen the 2 bolts that hold the bearing carrier tight, get a spanner wrench and turn until the chain is back in spec, tight the bolts up and you are done.
