350X caliper stay [Archive]

Hello all,

I have a quick question for ya's.

The rear caliper stay on my 350X is toast, and I know for sure that an '85 won't work. IS THERE ANY OTHER model that will work on my trike? Maybe a 250X, etc. That's the only thing holdin me up from getting my axle back in. These things are hard to come by so that's why I'm asking for comparable models. Thanks!

you can use a 250r caliper, bracket and brake rotor and hub, you have to shave 3.5mm off the inside of the r brake hub.

I would do that, but I have all of the other parts already. That's why I'm kinda stuck here.

Exactly what are the issues with your current brake stay ?
I just got a welder and could use the practice :)
