Any of you Tecate guys should know that the 83/84 Kx250 flywheel/stator, coil and CDI bolts on the 84/85 Tecate to make it rev higher and faster like the dirtbike motor thats in it should. Well I've looked around and found very little 83/84 KX stuff so I've broadened my search and came up with some old info and some available parts.
Read a few posts while searching that 3wheelsforever or 3wheelsforeverything I believe put a KX125 ignition in his 86/87 Tecate. Well I found one for a reasonable price that I've bought (money order in the mail monday) from an 88 Kx125. With the tiny flywheel it should make the T3 scream when it gets in the high rpm's and the KX system is more relaible as well. Pics of the install when I get the parts. :w00t: :TrikesOwn
