I know that this tire is a decent option for a new front tire on our 85 Tri Z's, but I haven't been able to find one under 60 bucks. But I stumbled on this a few days ago and called today (they don't have the 23x8-12 listed on their website). They are selling them for $37.50 each with free shipping. He said they didn't have to many left, but I thought I would let you guys know.
