200 ES torque specs

Anyone have the torque specs for the four head nuts on a 1984 200 ES and also the 10 mm bolt by the timing chain?

nuts - 14 ft-lb (20N*M)

10mm bolt, the book doesn't give a specific value, it just says tighten it down.
