make sure you chain tensioners are loose, actually remove them. use a old axle if you have one or a large punch, take you time and don't screw up you threads, try wd-40

Use a torch and put in a lot of heat, then carefully pound it out.

The bolt in it is stripped anyways ive got a new one so it doesnt matter if it gets mess up. The bearings are on the edge of the swingarm right? It looked like there were in the manual but i coudlnt realy tell.

lots of heat is the only way and a big hammer or air hammer!!!! trust me on this one. heat is the only way if the bearings have never been replaced.
If you want to sawsall it you cut the dust cup seal like your tring to make a washer out of it that way you cut thow the bushing and not the swing.
Or if you can get it to move a little you can spred the frame so you can cut just the bolt.

I never thought of spreading the frame ill try that and cut it out hopefully that works. The heat wont hurt the cases or the gasekts will it?
Cut it with a sawsall not torches. spred the frame just enuff to cut the bolt.
Don't want to spring the frame.
