Need some advice

Well, i download the 200s manual and adjusted the timimg and pulse generator how it said, so i pulled it over a few times it sounds good but isnt fireing, then i put the choke on ful and my friend hits the gas when i pulled it twice, i got a blub blub blub, what do you think is off thats the closest i have came to starting it so i am pretty stocked it just did that, any suggestions>? i have done everything over, and same deal but maybe i am passing over something?

Keep trying--- you may have to throttle it until it catches up with itself---It probably still needs to be tweaked--But your in the Ballpark. Advanced timing will give better results to your description--Just dont over do it-

yeah man when i heard the blup blup blup i was pretty happy, but thats only with full choke and some throttle, im going to tinker with it now
