ytm 200 forks stuck compressed?

hey guys got alittle problem maybe yous can help with, my 83 ytm 200e the front forks are frozen in the compressed position, tried pushing on them to unstick them no luck ordered a manual but has not come in yet, any ideas? thanks.

Gotta rebuild the forks, sounds like.
