I have built 3 motorcycle engines so far this winter on the kitchen table . I have to put down lots of news paper, or the wife has fits  . Oh yea no gas smelling carbs in the house, I hope you drained yours out lol  . I always seem to make 30 trips out to my barn for the right tools for the job. I wish I could plumb some compressed air into my kitchen, maybe just a real long air hose would be good enough. Well I'm happy to see that I'm not the only one that does stuff like that :beer . When it's cold out you got to figure out some way to get the job done :naughty: . You are the man brapp, just be careful when it comes time to fire the old girl up. I hope your needle & seats seal, cause if you have a pot pie in the oven that could get ugly  .

lol... My friend used to keep his dirtbike in the house because he was afraid of it being stolen. he went on vacation came back and someone broke into his home and stole the bike anyway!
They passed up all the other valuables like his rifles and his wifes jewelry
sorry but i just think that is funny as hell. what luck huh?

my old neighbor kept his wifes ttr in the kitchen for a while. He didnt have a long enough chain to lock it up with the other toys outside.. Kind of funny..

I'm going to be rebuilding one of my VW engines in my basement this winter due to lack of garage, and just a cold uninsulated shed. But about the bikes in house thing, one of my buddies keeps his GSX-R, it's an alstare edition in his basement for the winter, and another one kept his RM in his dad's little workshop in their basement. Mom didn't even know.

I guess it doesn't state in your lease about no ATV's in the house!!! NO pets but nothing about off road vehicles! LOL My Wife lets me get away with alot but that might be pushing it, the Kitchen is her workshop thats why I have a garage she says. Way to go!

lmao, actuale ihow we got it trough the doors!, we had to walk ti back a 50-60 foot hallway, on its side with no tires and the front shocks unbolted, and the rear ratchetstraped down, then we swung the steering stem and support trough the door, then took off the front bumper, then the front end then the skidplate had to come off, i think when i do it again i'll just drop the a arms and axle carrie roff to get it out!!!!!!! i am not lookign forward to spending 2 hours getting it out again!
