I bought a couple of those killer Vented # Plates from Aussie and used Pay-Pal. I knew I didnt have enough in my Pay-Pal account, but I have my bank and Credit card as Primary ways of paying.
Anyways I paid for them and I go to the bank today to get my checks in there and they tell me about all these $25.00 charges for lack of funds. Im on disability and only get my check every 2 weeks and was strapped the last week .But I figured Pay-pal would use my Credit Card because of no money in Pay-Pal or Bank.
Nope, right on the final page where you Hit the Button to buy is a Little Blue Link. They told me you have to hit that link and choose how you are going to pay. Ive never even noticed it before. I figured they would see I had no funds in the bank and then just use the card. Every day they got me for $25.00 for late fees. Even today before I put my money in the bank.
Pay-Pal says its the bank charging me for lack of funds. I asked him why they couldnt have used my card allready and he said they try twice, then use the card. Im going to the bank tomorrow and see whats up.
Keep an eye out for that little blue link under the button if you want to pay a certain way.

Your not having a very good week are you  Always use your credit card, that way if you get scammed you can claim it on your credit card and get your money back. Everyone knows paypal won't do a whole lot for you.

I had that happen once. My girlfriend wanted a DVD, but it was on eBay and she doesn't have an account. So I bought it for her. Well it turned out that there wasn't enough in my account and I got hit with a $20 dollar charge.

Ironic huh.. you don't have enough money.. are broke.. and they hit you with another bill .... NSF on my student loan is 50 $... @$%

But yeah.. your bank is charging you the 25 not paypal. Ask your bank for a line of credit to avoid these problems.. just don't use it .. like too many people do.
