What is the difference between a steel head vs Alloy besides the metal type? There is this kit I'm thinking about, but don't know what to do?

the alloy cylinders have bigger fins for better cooling,,, they are lighter and look better... ithe steel cylinders are usually oem cylinders bored out. alloy ones haven't been around as long,, but with the popularity of the crf50's there are alot more hot rod parts ,, and they fit the atc 70,,,,,,
