I was told that no body to this day made wheel spacers for the SX. Is that true?

Also I was thinking since it is a 4x110 bolt pattern couldn'y I just use like a 250r spacer or an equivelant spacer for the same bolt pattern?

Im not sure you could put a spacer on the SX, I thought the studs were welded onto the brake drum, even if they are pressed onto the brake drum it would put a lot of stress on it, possibly cracking or distororting the break drum.

wheeliepop, since your using the x front end, why don't you use the x rear hubs? You can get the wheel spaecers for them and I know the bolts come out. I put a pair of 350x hubs on the back of my suspension 185s and the choice of wheels is much better.

200x hubs will not work on a 250sx. The sx is shaft drive and the hubs actually seal the drive shaft. You can only use sx hubs on a sx. But they are the same bolt pattern 4/110. Not sure about spacers, i have never seen any for the sx. Not sure if it is possible. Let me know if it works for you, I have a set of 3 inch spacer for a 200x I have been holding on to for a while, maybe I will give it a go.

I dont see why you couldnt just use any 4x110 wheel spacer on it. They even have those individual spacer thingys on ebay (dont care for them) but I bet that would work. You just have to remember the SX is a heavy sport ute trike so you need to make sure they are quality spacers to hold up to the beating..........peace

Thanks. Talk to Aussieduner for a race plate, he may still have some left.

Thanks for the replys guys. I'm gonna get a set of 2" the only thing it seems I need to watch for is not jumping :D

Also I did a little extra searching and Durablue makes them for almost every ATC (if not all) http://www.durablue.com/applic/spacers2.html

The rad type are nicer because they bolt to your hub instead of yanking your studs and using long bolts.

I use um spacers on my red. there the easy fit and are for a 250r. they have stud extenders which Is what I needed for the drum brake side.

do UM replace the stock bolts or are they like the RADs? Got a pic of it mounted?

yeah you can see them. they use the add on studs. I ended up using the stud extenders on the drum brake side and replaced the studs on the other side with grade 8 bolts. primarily becuase I couldnlt figure the extenders out at first. they do absolute wonders for handling, just go slow through trees at first.

That definatly looks slick. What are they 2"? I think I'm gonna go with RAD just because they bolt on the the stock bolts and I can get them in red.

there 2.5. they use the stock studs, just have an adapter type thing that goes over them.

there the graphite/urethane kind. aluminuim would be better I found these distort alittle when torqued down not bad but some.

those rad ones are slick but twice the cost. I got the ums for 70.00 I beleive through jl atv but it was like 2 years ago.

check out the G-gorce spacers in rocky mountain any 4x110 I would think would fit.

Man for the price I think I settle for the G-Force :D. I especially like them since you dont have to replace the studs, just bolt on and go.
