If i leave the gas on yt125 while not riding it i have a puddle of gas underneath it and its flooded. What causes this float level or needle and seat?

Both, if the float is not set right it will overflow, i would start with a clean and adjust of the float, if that dose not work your needle and seat could be worn.

Exactly. That's what's wrong with my DS80, except the seat is broke on mine.
