-200s- how to read the oil on dipstick refill when changing it out

i just did a oil change but forgot how to read the full mark on the dipstick could some1 refresh my memory.............

put the dipstick in, dont screw it in. Pull it out, it should be at the top of the cross-hatch, no more, no less.

That is right, should be full to that arrow you drew.
