I wonder how much he sold it for. Probably lot less than he could have got it for.

I talked to the guy today on the phone, he said he would of been Happy to get ten bucks for it. lol someone from TN pulled a snipe.lol Good new though, he thinks he knows where another is. I tried to talk him into letting the auction run out.... he took 3 bills for it...Good for him :beer I have him trying to track down a 350x frame for me...

Yeah I had checked it again earlier today and there were 2 bids on it I think...I wonder what would happen if ebay stopped letting sellers end their auctions early...especially if there are bids on the item.

This was actually a better deal. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=4587526293&category=43977
I couldnt' pass up a shot at another one. Maybe 3 bills was steep, but the kicker is I got another Hondaline Tach and Speedo with both mounting kits for $160 shipped  It pays to search for them everywhere. :welcome:

...and you can actually ride your trike without fear of rolling it and crunching a rare speedo that would cost $150 or more to replace...

Nah.... I ride mine..... all my Honda's (minus the US90) have speedo's..... now the Showgirl hasn't had any rough play since I mounted the Tach on it.
What's all the interestin the Pilot tach's.. I thought they didn't work on the 4 strokes? :wondering :wondering :wondering

Yeah....I ride mine too.... I just don't do any crazy stuff, I'd normally do like really hairy hillclimbs or big jumps.:Bounce I'm not too worried about the speedo on my 350X since it was free, I've already rolled it, and all it did was scratch the outer lip of it. They are pretty tough unless you really bash them. My 250R is an entirely different story, that speedo is brand spanking new....and oh yeah that's the bike that my Pilot tach is going on. :welcome: :D

i guess theres no where to just get the outer chrome rim for one of these speedos. As the lense for mine is held on with black electrical tape. Can someone help?

See if you can get your hands on one of the kmh speedo's. Parts are the same and they are usually cheaper. I saw one that ended just a few days ago for $10 bills. That was a bargain!
