I just did the Tri Zinger gas tank conversion on my Z. I had to remove the overflow bottle...so will I need to get the 86 one or just block the line off and not use one at all?

Thanks.

Also where can I get the T-stat housing replacement thing. I've seen them made out of billet, but haven't been able to locate one yet.

If I don't use the bottle do I block the line off? or just run it down towards the ground?

I would like to know so I don't mess anything up.

You run the line down and aim it over your head pipe.. If it overheats all the steam will let you know somethings up..

Just because coolant is going out the overflow won't mean that it's overheating. As the engine heats up the coolant will expand and send some to the overflow bottle. As the engine cools back down the opposite will occur. This is a natural cycle. If you decide to eliminate the overflow bottle, make sure you check your coolant level before each ride.
