350x HELP

little help please!!!!
puttin new rings in my x. looked in the manual and it says to torque the cylinder head cap to 25-32ft lbs!!! can this be correct? these bolts are 10 and 8 mm head bolts, can they take that kind of torque???? that's the same torque specs given for the head bolts themselves and they're 12 and 14 mm bolts and nuts.
actually what the manual says is head cap NUTS instead of head cap BOLTS. is my manual misprinted???? am i misreading?? head cap is the cap that contains the rocker arms correct????

this may not be any help to you but on my 200x's head cap my book said tourqe to 15 foot lbs.

for the record i went to the part of the manual where it explains reinstalling the head cap. there it states to torque the cap bolts to 7-12 ft lbs depending on whether it's the 8 mm or 10 mm bolts in question.
so for all out there rebuilding their x by the manual watch out. at the begining of the chapter on topend under the specs section the torque specs for the head cap are incorrect and different from the specs where it's explaining reassembly.
i was freakin, couldn't imagine an 8mm bolt takin 32 ft lbs!!!!!
