When I pull the spark plug - it is dry. I am getting gas out of the petcock - its real tight into the carb so didn't have time to play with that. Any suggestions?

any gas leaking out of the carb? Might be some rust from the tank got in the carb and plugged it up.

Nope - carb is not leaking. It wasn't starting so I pulled the plug and it is dry - no gas at all.
Do I have to take the carb off and apart?
Clean the carb...prolly full o crap

well if you have gas to the carb but no gas to the plug, yes its the carb. If your still hesitant about taking the carb apart I can send you the link to a thread I made about how to take apart and clean the 200es carb

hey, those engines are known for losing valve lash. check the valve lash before you take the carb off, should be .002 both valves.

Well took the carb apart along with the small jet - blasted air and carb cleaner in both main and small jet. Reinstalled and still no gas to plub - Am I missing something and doing something wrong?
Again carb is new - looks great - and all passages that I know of are what appears to be open.
