I know Suzuki made small atc's but did they ever get into the 250's or bigger? I see Honda, Kawasaki, Yamaha all did but what about Suzuki.

No, suzuki never went into the 250's...They started making quads and just ditched trikes from what I gather.

I know Suzuki had a factory racer, but that is all I can say right now. A good person to ask for more information here would be Oldfart or CoeShow. If anyone knows it is those 2 guys. ;) Post a question in their threads ( see sticky's in this forum ).

Another cool trike site, I see some familiar names. Some of the ads I've never seen, ads for Cagiva and Tiger, not to mention a pic of a Tiger with a 400cc liquid cooled husqvarna motor.....very cool!

I know Eddie Sanders was the privateer on the suzuki. I remember the article in one of the mags. After about 30 min. I found the piece in the 12-82 issue of 3Wheeler. pg. 22 to 24. ( one of "old farts" articles)
He had been racing a honda 250r. Decided to build a liquid cool. Took a 82 RM 250Z engine and put it in a modified Nicholson Racing Product 185s mono-shock frame. Besides the engine, gas tank, and radiators, the rest of it was honda fit parts. He had done some damage to factory Honda last part of 1982 and into 83 with this setup. I know a short time later he was pick up by Team Honda.
